It means our coaching sessions will be mostly outside, in a green space, a forest or a park, and not in an office, sitting across from each other at a desk. It will feel more informal and easier to talk about the hard things.
Walking outside, will take you out of your daily environment, worries and tasks, and help you slow down, refocus on what it is you need and what matters most to you.
So put on your hiking boots and we will get moving, in your body, your thoughts and your feelings, literally and figuratively taking steps towards creating a life inspired by You!
I understand that not everyone will be able to do our coaching talks walking, especially if the geographic distance is too great or there are serious health concerns involved. Inclement weather can also prevent us from going outside.
Coaching can also be done online, if preferred.
